Marian incorporates the versatility of TRX Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise and Rip™ Training variable resistance bar which means that she can pick from hundreds of functional exercises that build strength, endurance, core stability, and mobility. Kettle Bells & Weight Training
Marian uses kettle bells and free weights to tone your body, get it strong and looking great, since muscle burns calories, builds muscle tone and makes you look
good & increases your metabolism.
Stretching & Foam Roller Training
Marian uses Foam Rollers as effective tools to relieve soft tissue and muscle pain, to break up scar tissue & painful adhesions that develop after years of workouts. In addition she teaches her clients the
many uses of the foam roller
to aid in the recovery process
Marian incorporates the benefits of Pilates to help clients reduce stress, correct breathing, strengthen core, improved posture, flexibility, range of motion, balance, movement precision, and optimum strength.

Yoga Training and Classes
Marian uses the concepts of Yoga in her personal
training approach to improve clients breathing techniques, relaxation, stress reduction, flexibility, and joint range of motion. She offers Yoga classes in either a group or individual setting. She believes that balancing our bodies is important in improving one's digestion, respiration, sleeping, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and muscular/skeletal systems, and many diseases improve by reducing stress and learning to relax.
Goals and Assessments
Goals are established for all health components, including; speed, endurance, strength, agility,balance, and coordination. Assessment of range of motion, strength, postural alignment, percent body fat, etc. will all initiate program design.
