Marian grew in her yoga knowledge and training over the years practicing on the mat in other classes. After enjoying the Pilates world, she wanted to grow her mind, body, and spirit journey and continue on the learning path, by taking many classes in Iyengar Yoga. Iyengar Yoga is a style of yoga known for its precision, alignment, and use of props. It is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States today. Created and developed in the 20th century by B.K.S. Iyengar (pronounced, “eye-EHN-gar”), this practice usually contains only a few poses per class and each pose is held for long periods of time. Iyengar Yoga is known for its healing benefits, particularly for those overcoming injuries or illnesses. It builds strength and flexibility, while improving overall well-being in the mind, body, and spirit. Then she decided to experience the Hot Power Yoga, and trained with Core Power Yoga in California and became certified to teach in their studios. She has been studying Yoga in South Korea both aerial yoga and mat yoga. Marian's yoga classes are a blend of several Yoga styles incorporating breathing, asana, postures, and cleansing your mind of stress. Yoga is a beautiful and gentle way to stretch out the muscles, fascia, and tension in our body. Everybody can benefit from his or her own yoga practice no matter how athletic, handicapped, or inexperienced.
